A market town situated in the Craven district of North Yorkshire. Known as being the ‘Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales’, Skipton certainly is picturesque. Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Colne and Kendal are all easy to get to via the M1, M62, M65 and M6.

Being nicely located on the River Aire and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal means that Skipton offers a range of water-based attractions to both locals and its many annual visitors.
