Things to do in Lichfield
When it comes to things to do and see, undoubtedly the most famous building in the city is its medieval cathedral, the only one in Europe boasting three spires.
The 800-year-old cathedral is also reputedly haunted by the ghosts of Roundhead soldiers!
The city also has a serene network of canals providing miles of towpaths to explore and lots of watering holes along the way. There are plenty of superb opportunities for walking in the local countryside.
