Things to do in Kidderminster
Kidderminster and its surrounding area cover practically all bases when it comes to entertainment: Fun family attractions include the West Midlands Safari Park, most famous for its white lions but it also offers a huge variety of fun rides in the amusement area suited to everyone.
The historic Severn Valley Railway starts at Kidderminster train station and runs on the beautiful Severn Valley Heritage line right through to Bridgnorth. Running along the Severn Valley it crosses the Shropshire/Worcestershire border, following the course of the River Severn for much of its route. A beautiful way to explore the region.
For those who enjoy wandering through ornamental gardens a visit to the beautiful Bodenham Arboretum and Arley Arboretum is a must.
