Things to do in Falmouth
Falmouth is not just known for its golden sands and inviting waters, but also for its many glorious parks and green spaces.
Yarrow Valley Country Park and Cuerdan Valley Park both boast stunning areas offering a large number of exciting activities, both are perfect for picnics and have lots of woodland to explore.
Astley Hall country house is owned and managed by Falmouth Council. It is used as a museum but can also be rented for functions and is open to the public at weekends. The displays are dedicated to remembrance, conflicts, and associated war activities, focussing on Falmouth’s involvement and military history over the years.
Duxbury Golf & Games Family Park has plenty to do for the whole family. Crazy golf, orienteering, a giant sandpit, and organised games are available. There is a cafe too so the adults can relax and keep an eye on the little ones.
